Staging document — not final legal copy
This page is a draft created for client review purposes only. The final version of this policy must be reviewed and approved by a qualified legal representative before this website goes into production. Royal Cosmetic Clinic should not rely on this draft for legal compliance.
These terms govern your use of the Royal Cosmetic Clinic website. By accessing any page on this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
Website content is informational only
All content on this website, including treatment descriptions, educational articles, product information, and course materials, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or a professional recommendation for any individual.
Treatment suitability, contraindications, and clinical outcomes vary from person to person. No content on this website should be used as a substitute for a consultation with a qualified aesthetic practitioner.
No clinical relationship is formed
Browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, paying a consultation fee or deposit, or requesting an appointment does not by itself create a practitioner-patient relationship or guarantee treatment. Any clinical relationship begins only after the appropriate consultation and explicit agreement of both parties.
All treatments require a consultation
Every treatment is preceded by an appropriate consultation at which suitability is assessed. Online consultations may support initial discussion and planning, but the practitioner determines whether an in-person assessment is required before treatment. The practitioner's clinical judgement takes precedence over any expectation set by website content.
Booking, deposits, and confirmation
The booking page shows the full consultation price and the amount due before you continue to Stripe Checkout. Online consultations require the full consultation fee at booking. In-person consultations require the deposit percentage displayed at booking. Prices and percentages are controlled by the clinic and may change before a new booking is submitted.
A selected time is provisional until payment is verified and the clinic calendar event is created. You will receive a confirmation email when the appointment has been confirmed. If the integration cannot confirm the appointment, the clinic team will review the paid request and contact you.
The cancellation and rescheduling policy displayed during booking forms part of your booking terms. You must acknowledge the policy before payment. Treatment costs are separate unless the checkout description explicitly states otherwise.
Optional booking uploads
You may upload supported documents or reference images for the clinic to review. Uploads must be relevant, lawful, and yours to provide. Do not use the upload feature for emergency information, executable files, or content relating to another person without authority.
Booking uploads do not replace clinical assessment or treatment consent. Unpaid booking uploads are removed after checkout expiry. Files associated with a paid booking may be copied to the clinic-owned client folder under the privacy notice.
Payment processing
Consultation payments are processed by Stripe. The clinic does not receive or store your complete payment card details. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to its checkout service.
Shop and skincare products
Product pages on this website are for informational and enquiry purposes only. No automated checkout or payment processing is currently active. All product enquiries are handled by the clinic team, who will guide you to the appropriate product for your skin type and goals.
When a fully integrated e-commerce system is launched, these terms will be updated to include purchase conditions, returns, and consumer rights.
Royal Academy training programmes
Academy and training course pages are for informational purposes only. Enrolment, payment, and course delivery are not yet active on this website. All training enquiries are handled directly by the clinic team.
When course enrolment is made available, separate terms and conditions for education services will be published.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, imagery, design, logos, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Royal Cosmetic Clinic unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially use any content from this website without prior written permission.
Accuracy of information
Royal Cosmetic Clinic makes reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Treatment protocols, pricing (when published), and clinical availability may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Cosmetic Clinic accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from reliance on website content, inability to access the website, or use of information found on this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the clinic's operating jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you have a question about this document, would like to exercise a data right, or need to speak with someone about how your information is handled, please contact the clinic team directly.
