Share details and consent
Provide your contact details and booking consent. You can add up to three private documents or reference images when useful.
Secure the appointment
Pay the displayed 30% deposit through secure Stripe Checkout to reserve the selected appointment.
Receive confirmation
The clinic creates your protected client folder, adds the appointment to Google Calendar, and sends your confirmation details.

Practitioner-led standards
Consultation, suitability, and treatment decisions remain practitioner-led. Booking consent never replaces informed treatment consent.
Patient privacy as standard
Your personal information, treatment history, and clinical records are held under strict medical privacy protocols. Nothing is shared without your explicit consent.
Suitability first, booking second
We do not book treatments that are not clinically appropriate. If your skin type, medical history, or current skin state means a treatment is not right for you, we tell you clearly and suggest the appropriate alternative.

The current fee is shown before payment. A 30% deposit is collected when either an online or in-person consultation is booked, with the remaining balance handled under the clinic policy.
Your appointment is confirmed after secure payment is verified and the event is created in the clinic Google Calendar. You will receive a calendar invitation and confirmation email.
Yes. If you have an existing relationship with one of our practitioners, or have a preference based on their speciality, please mention this in your enquiry. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes. The booking flow accepts up to three PDF, JPEG, or PNG files. Files are stored privately and copied to the protected clinic-owned Google Drive folder created for your client record.
No special preparation is needed for the consultation itself. Arrive with your natural skin if possible — no heavy makeup — so we can assess accurately. Full treatment preparation guidance is provided after your plan is agreed.
You can make an enquiry on behalf of someone else, but the clinical consultation must involve the intended patient directly. We are unable to assess suitability or prescribe treatment plans without speaking with the patient in person or via video.
